      TO ALL OUR AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS-IMPORTERS

      This information has the aim of contrasting any possible and isolated case of selling outside the permitted area agreed on sole distribution agreements.
      We would like to address this message to you all to please those customers whom, respecting the commercial agreement taken, see Novarossi engaged in trying to stop not very correct behaviours and also to warn those who think their not correct behaviours can remain unpunished.


      We thank the first ones for their honest cooperation and invite them in informing us about every strange fact.
      We worn the second ones not to sell our products outside the area mentioned on the agreement or we will immediately stop any pending order and will request you for damage compensation.
      We also would like to point out that Novarossi is the only one with the right to sell their products on internet has no licence was granted to anybody else.
      Furthermore we would like to remind Novarossi distributors that they can sell the products trough the traditional channels, meaning with this dealers as the direct sales to the end users is not allowed.

      Scheint so als ob man da wirklich andere Wege gehen will...was zwar den Modellbauladen um die Ecke stärkt...aber entweder denke ich zu wenig um die Ecke oder schüttel berechtigter Weise den Kopf darüber...wie man sich einem solchen Medium wie dem Internet als Verkaufsplatform für seine Produkte entziehen kann!!

      Oder plant man gar großes und will einen eigenen Web-Shop einrichten...vorher aber alle "Billigkonkurrenz", die dem Normalo gute Preise macht, eliminieren?? Naja...ein weiterer Schritt Richtung Monopolverteidigung (zumindest im RC-Car-Sektor) und wie ich finde in die falsche!!

      Man darf gespannt sein!!

    • punkt ist einfach dass das ganze verboten ist .. verkaufen ist im web erlaubt egal was novarossi sagt blos wenns dann auch keiner macht is es eben schade. Einzige Lösung : so lange halt keine novarossi motoren fahren wenn die fürs netz die schranken wieder öffnen kauf ich mir wohl auch einen
